An arctic air and the freezing temperatures have covered almost all the western provinces shaking, with the wind chilled out to -55 C, pressurizing the sky hills to close and even restricting the owners of backyard rink to stay inside.
Lance Glor, who acquires rink in his Edmonton backyard for his four children’s, stated that, “we are watching movies and playing countless board games”.
