The CES 2022 event- Colour changing cars and remotes that eat wi-fi

One of the biggest annual exceptional events in the tech calendar, CES, is occurring in Las Vegas this week.

The epidemic and the anxiety over the spread of the Omicron and Delta variant implied the count of attendees was reducing and several largest firms involving Google, Meta, and Amazon were abandoning.

But still, there was several wonderful and weird technology that appeared on the show.

Here is the focus on several trends and more eccentric contributions from the floor of the show.

Where’s the remote?

TVs have been always a source of attraction at CES- along with the prominence on big, as years after years they appear to gain more inches.

But in the present year there were much smaller accessories were displayed, like a TV remote control, and that was gathering the caption.

In the year 20212, Samsung attached a solar panel at the backside of its remote control in such a way that it could charge from the energy of the sun by sitting on the chair.

This year, it has arisen with the latest way to wipe out the market of AAA batteries.

Its latest version includes a mini antenna that can gather the radio frequency signals released via, wi-fi routers from a distance up to 40m which is 131 ft and authorize it to charge even though the sun is not shining.

However, Samsung addressed that, this device will be incorporated with the latest TV’s and several other home appliances, though not much information/details were provided on the technical specifications.

Chameleon Car-

If you have ever been fed up with the color of your car then you may love the idea of BMW for changing it to fancy.

It has proved that hoe the exterior part of the car would successfully become ePaper with advanced technology, and when it gets charged with a small electric current, then it creates a new pattern or changes color.

Its technology of “iX Flow” is the same which energies the readers of e-book and shelters the car in millions of minute microcapsules.

The firm stated, only at this stage, the project is much conceptual approach, but it is planned to be more than a cosmetic, by converting its color into light when placed in hot weather and converting into dark color when placed in cool weather, will further deduct the amount of heating and cooling needed inside the vehicle.

But several authorities highlighted that the system glance to be temperature-reactive where others cross-questioned the color choice, and presently it is available in only black, white, and gray color.

Robot-looking robots-

Early conference of CES have observed a parade of human-looking robots, lined-up from ultra-cute to the extremely awful, and yet some of these were present on the show.

The ‘Servi one’ from the ‘Bear Robotics’ especially appears charming as it travels near to a booth with sushi and burgers on a tray, contributing to replacing the human waiters.

An appealing robot was also the aroma of the week along with golden retriever systems which have demonstrated its Retriever bot.

‘Mike Dooley’ a chief executive said, it could be useful for people, “when they are suffering from pain or any other issues” which means that they cannot appear as mobile as they could like.

The wheeled robot monitors itself via home using sensors. Users can communicate with it through an app or voice control.

It can lift about 25 lbs. which is 11kg and which includes two shelves that are moveable and can move up and down to attain different heights.

Currently, the robot is being tested with the aim of going into manufacturing in the year 2023.
